Internal alterations and construction of external store at 30-32 Goodramgate, York.

The building is included on the List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest as Grade II and the land below the building is scheduled as part of the York Minster cathedral precinct.

Work comprised of:

  • Conversion of the upper floor above the National Trust Shop to a holiday cottage (Minster View), including roof repairs, new internal partitions and alterations, new Mechanical and Electrical installations and new sanitary fittings
  • Construction of a storage unit within the west courtyard, including electrical installation, decoration and rainwater goods
  • Repairs identified in the Quinquennial Inspection
  • Upgrade of the fire protection within the building complex
